Galvanized steel pipe Technical Specifications

1.Material: Hot-dip galvanized carbon steel.

2.Coating: Zinc layer applied using the hot galvanizing process, with a minimum thickness in accordance with applicable standards.

3.Length: Bars from 5.8 to 6 meters (or as required by the project).

4.Wall Thickness: According to applicable NBR, ASTM or DIN standards.

Galvanized pipe Standards and Regulations

1.ASTM A53 / A53M : Standard Specification for Pipe, Steel, Black and Hot-Dipped, Zinc-Coated, Welded and Seamless.

2.DIN 2440 : Steel tubes, medium-weight, suitable for screwing.

3.DIN EN 10255 : Black, Galvanized or Painted, plain ends, threaded (NPT) or grooved Grooved as per ISO 6182-12 or ANSI/AWWA C606-15.

Galvanized Pipes Performance Characteristics

1.Working Pressure: The pipes withstand the working pressure for medium class piping of the NBR 5580 standard.
